Kaina helps women through a moment of doubt — emotional, personal or physical — find their confidence again. We meet, we talk, we photograph. And you leave with images that become an anchor, yours to keep for life.

Once something has already shifted. No poses, entirely at your pace. These images become the visible proof of that day.

When do we start?
Tell us where you are. We'll take care of the rest.
Will I be on my own, or with other women?
On your own, always. Kaina runs no seminars, no group workshops, no circles. Every day is built for one woman, and one only. That is what makes it possible to go where you wouldn't go in front of witnesses.
What if I hate being photographed?
That is true of almost every woman who comes — it is often the very reason she comes. We only photograph at the end of the day, never before you are ready, and never with a pose you have been told to hold.
What's included?
The venue, the support, the photographer, the retouching, the meals and your private online gallery. There is nothing to bring and nothing to prepare.
How does booking work?
We always begin with a call, with no commitment, to make sure the format suits you. A 30% deposit then confirms your date. The balance is settled 7 days beforehand.
Is this therapy?
No, and we are clear about that. Kaina is not a substitute for professional care of any kind. It is a one-off day, centred on the way you see yourself, which can sit alongside support you already have.
When do I get the images?
Your retouched gallery arrives within 10 working days, in a private online space that only you can share.
